Yes! Currently, shipping across North America and the rates are stated as above.
Do you offer any free shipping?
You bet; I am always looking for ways to thank amazing customers for supporting Paisley&Paige. You will receive FREE shipping on all orders over $125 (cad).
Why was my bag so flat when it was shipped?
At Paisley&Paige, I care about the environment and being an earth conscious retailer. The bags are shipped flat simply to reduce packaging and limit the waste used in shipping our products. Not to worry, if you place a hand towel inside for 24hrs, the bag will come back to its intended shape.
Exchanges:
Indicate on the paper invoice included with your order which item(s) you would like to exchange. Please indicate clearly:
- Why you are exchanging
- What item(s) you would like to exchange for
Pack your item(s), request details and invoice into a shipping envelope. (original packaging, tags etc intact)
Drop off at any Canada / US Post Office location.
Exchanges are generally processed between 10-12 business days from the time I receive your return.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds but are more than happy to offer you an exchange or in-store credit.
